Callouts
  1. Opens on the one post due next and how many days are left. Everything else is secondary.
  2. Says which photo is needed, not just that one is.
  3. Reports its own slippage. A missed target is shown, not quietly dropped.

01The problem

The first plan was seven and a half posts a week. Nothing shipped. A schedule nobody can keep produces the same output as no schedule, plus guilt. And in real-estate marketing, a confident number with no source is a legal problem, not just a sloppy one.

02The hard part

A blocking legal gate. Nothing reaches a person until the fair-housing and attribution checks pass. Every number in a post has to come from the facts vault, and every fact there is dated, sourced and set to expire, so an old statistic can't quietly outlive its accuracy.

03What we built

  • A facts vault: dated, sourced, expiring local data. The only legal source of a number.
  • A brief queue: specific assignments with the research already attached. You never decide what to write.
  • Drafts to published: one topic produces every channel at once, and only after the checks pass.
  • One post a week: the schedule was cut to what actually gets done.

04What it shows about us

Insurance, medical, legal, financial: any regulated business needs this exact shape, where the workflow itself enforces the rules and people can't skip a step on a busy day. We've built one and run it.
