I'm a real-estate agent, and for a long time I paid for software that didn't fit how I actually worked. A CRM that tracked names but knew nothing about a deal. A spreadsheet to run the numbers. A third tool to send the follow-up.
So I built my own. That became DealFlow, and it runs on a licensed MLS feed that I maintain myself.
The more I built, the more I noticed how much of a small business's phone ringing comes down to a few facts almost nobody checks: whether the Google profile sits in the right town, how the review count compares to the business above you, whether an AI answer names you at all. I wanted those facts shown plainly, with the search attached so an owner could check them. So I built the tool that does it, and it produces every Fieldwork report.
This summer we moved to Steamboat Springs. Fieldwork is the two of us. The person who measures your business is the person who answers the phone. If your listings are already in good shape, we'll tell you that. If they aren't, you'll know why, what to fix first, and you'll be able to check every line yourself.
